Free postage Australia-wide

Every order ships free to any Australian address with Australia Post Parcel Post, with tracking.

Dispatch time

Orders are packed and dispatched within 2 business days of payment. You'll get an email with a tracking number when your order ships.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days of dispatch. Regional and remote areas can take longer. Australia Post's current delivery estimates are on their website.

Packaging

Figures are packed in a sturdy box with padding around the retail box, so the figure and its packaging both arrive in the condition shown in the photos.

International orders

We currently ship within Australia only.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel hasn't arrived by the Australia Post estimate, or it arrives damaged, email us at contact@anime-arcade.com with your order number (and photos if it's damaged). We'll lodge a claim with Australia Post and sort out a replacement or refund.
