Quick answers about our figures, postage and returns.
Are your figures genuine?
Yes. Every figure is an official licensed product bought new in Japan, and comes in its original retail box. We don't sell bootlegs or replicas.
What's a prize figure?
Prize figures are official figures made by companies like Banpresto (Bandai Spirits), SEGA, FuRyu and System Service. In Japan they're won from crane-game machines and sold through hobby shops. They cost less than scale figures but are still licensed, detailed collectibles.
Are they new?
Yes. Unless a listing says otherwise, the figure is new and the box is unopened. Some boxes have small dents or scuffs, which is normal for prize figures, and we show those in the photos.
Are the photos of the actual item?
Most listings show the actual box you'll receive. Where we use official or reference images, the listing says so. If you'd like a photo of the actual box before buying, just contact us.
Where do you ship from, and how much does it cost?
From Australia. Postage is free Australia-wide with tracking. See our Shipping page for dispatch and delivery times.
Do you ship overseas?
Not at the moment. We only ship within Australia.
Can I return a figure?
Yes. Unopened figures can be returned within 30 days, and faulty or damaged items are always covered. See our Returns policy.
Will you restock a figure that's sold out?
Most of our stock is one-off, but new figures arrive regularly. Check back often, as stock changes quickly.
Can you find a specific figure for me?
Yes! contact us with the figure you're after, and we'll let you know whether we can source it from Japan.

All major cards plus the other options shown at checkout. Payments are handled securely by Shopify.
