Faulty, damaged or not as described

If your figure arrives damaged, faulty, or different from the listing, contact us within 30 days of delivery at contact@anime-arcade.com with your order number and photos. We'll arrange a replacement if we have one, or a full refund including postage. We'll also cover the return postage.

These rights come from Australian Consumer Law and aren't limited by this policy.

Change of mind

You can return a figure within 30 days of delivery if:

• the box is still sealed and unopened, and
• it comes back in the same condition you received it.

For change-of-mind returns, you pay the return postage. We recommend a tracked service, because we can't refund a return that doesn't reach us.

As soon as the return arrives and we've checked it, we'll refund the item price to your original payment method. Original postage was free, so there's nothing extra to refund.

Box condition on prize figures

Prize figures are made for Japanese crane-game machines, and their boxes often have small dents or scuffs from the factory or the machine. We photograph the actual box for every listing and describe any visible wear, so please check the photos before buying. Box wear shown in the listing isn't treated as damage.

How to start a return

Email contact@anime-arcade.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with the return address and next steps. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.
